The former Papas Grille has been revamped, rebranded and re-energized. Now dubbed Bleu Olive, the popular bistro serves high quality comfort incorporating local ingredients prepared with Medi-terranean flare. Chef Sam Papanikas has been in Durham for almost 20 years and intends to continue his family’s path of success.
