My parents are military and I moved a lot. I lived in Sparta for my sixth grade year and I'm happy to say that I knew who Luke was. Granted, I'm sure he doesn't remember me, but this article was about never giving up and everyone is griping about some bad words and dialect that is part of someone. Stereotypical or not, the dialect brought me back to Sparta, NC. I found the dialect endearing and if anyone is offended by the fact that he wrote words the way people actually say it, making that person more relatable and human, then you're missing the point of the entire article.
