After a scintillating weekend run of Happy Days, PlayMakers Rep gets its main stage season under way tonight with As You Like It, one of Shakespeare's pastoral comedies, albeit one less known than such warhorses as A Midsummer Night's Dream and Twelfth Night. This one features many of the Bard's trademarks: a forest, rustic characters and a gender-bending, mistaken-identity plot. "All the world's a stage" when Rosalind gets banished from court and escapes to the Forest of Arden. —Sarah Ewald
