Duke is asking for a new rate hike to pay for coal and nuclear -- -- HAS Duke RESPONDED to this report?

It is NOT ok for our lawmakers to just give Duke what it wants -- just because MOST are bought by Art Pope -

If they don't agree with the report - why shouldn't they have to explain why? Why shouldn't they work very hard to get BALANCED info about renewable energy, rather than accepting ALEC's talking points and that bogus presentation by ATI?
