The DOT has led on the Union Station, Phase 1 project, which is a block to the south of the Citrix site.

      <![CDATA[One of the main questions unanswered here is this: Given that TTA has (presumably) full knowledge of the rail plans, why didn't they offer DOT first crack (or whatever) at the buildings? Would anyone at the TTA talk to you on the record about this?
