      <![CDATA[Not mentioned in the article, the project was allowed to operate under a non-profit status, which allows them to get huge tax breaks.<br>
<br>
The city has also allowed the parking deck to be built without one of the main provisions that "they shall block the spill over of light" into the neighborhood. Come down to Stanhope Dr. and see for yourself that the city is not looking out for the citzens of raleigh.<br>
