      <![CDATA[This article makes the statement:  "That leaves local wastewater treatment plants to accept the tainted discharge, but the equipment to remove the chemicals, salts and radioactivity is extremely expensive." News flash:   Those chemicals, salts and radioactivity would NOT BE REMOVED... they would be incorporated into the already TOXIC SEWAGE SLUDGE being spread on the farmland, running into the ground and surface waters of this state.
