From what I have read in the Bible (I am going though a chapter a day now, so I am not all the way through), I have not seen the word "marriage" defined per se. I see many men having sex outside of marriage, such as Abraham lying with Hagar when Sarah could not conceive, resulting in Ishmael, who was told he would father a great nation.

And you have failed to show me where it says marriage is only between one man and one woman. Come on, help this poor, ignorant sinner out.

Read Genesis and then ask yourself "If God thought it was okay for men to marry men and women to marry women, why didn't He do it?". Ever hear of Sodom?

I keep seeing this "God said blah, blah, blah, man and woman etc." Can anyone show me where in this magical book of rules for all time where it says that a marriage is only and solely between one man and one woman?

Spoiler: No, you can't.

I find it interesting that part of the Bible verse was "...Hate what is evil...". This "marriage" cannot be blessed by God, because God detests what is evil.
