      <![CDATA[As someone who lives in the current 4th (and soon to be in the new 13th), I am utterly delighted with David Price and have been throughout umpteen years here. If I were still in the 4th going forward and Brad Miller would be running against Price in the primary, there's not a doubt in my mind whom I would vote for.<br>

Miller made the right decision.
