No agenda, just bad errors for which I apologize. I included his full statement that states he's in his fourth year on the planning board and did not get that correct in my writeup, and I interpreted the fact that he served on the transportation board to mean that he served a term.

      Schwartz:

You state that Baker:

"..has served five years on the town’s planning board, sits on the Comprehensive Plan Initiating Committee and completed a term on the transportation board."

Chapelboro.com's coverage quote him as saying:

“I’ve just begun my fourth year as a member of the Chapel Hill Planning Board and had served recently on the Comprehensive Plan Initiating Committee in Chapel Hill,” he says. “Before that, I was a Chapel Hill Transportation Board member.”

The town record shows that Baker did not "...complete a term on the Transportation Board" as you've claimed; he left after one year out of a three year appointment.

He also states that he has just begun his fourth year on the Planning Board.
