On it's home page it misinforms the reader into thinking that the proposed rezoning would have a negative impact on Umstead State Park and the wild habitat that the Quarry was to use as an expanded area.

EMAIL dated december 2010 /staff , bowers and mark senior heads for raleigh NC

quarry would have to be shut down, /if millions of water became contaminated from the quarry it would have to be treated / not possible they say!

also they say current permit insufficient to allow more discharge and not allowed another one that they are eally working illegaly WITH OLD PERMIT!
