      <![CDATA[Mark -- I do know where Mary-Ann lives ... in the Cotton Mill off Capital Boulevard, which is in District C but is not (in my estimation) in Southeast Raleigh. Not all of District C is Southeast Raleigh, after all.<br>

On your main point, I agree with Eugene Weeks' self-assessment, and your assessment, that he is a foot soldier and worker.

      <![CDATA[Hey Bob, you're incorrect about no current councilor living in Southeast Raleigh. Mary-Ann Baldwin lives in District C, as she mentioned at yesterday's reception for Dr. West.<br>
