      <![CDATA[Heartfelt thanks to the Durham City Council. Hopefully, our County Commissioners will also stand with the Durham community (and not with a billboard company from Georgia).<br>
<br>
Contrary to the assertions of the billboard industry, the billboard shown in this photo could be replaced by a big, bright, blinking billboard -- flashing 10,000 ads/day.
