      <![CDATA[when they do their work, can they fiquire out a way to get black men the jobs back they lost to these Latinos in the construction trades? these companies are NC are all nearly 95% latino where as soon as 12-15 years they where 50- 60 black.now the black community has 40-50 percent unemplyment while the illegals have jobs saved for them, doesn't make sense to me,I do know that noone is more prejudice than latinos when it comes to hiring.
