I bet 100-to-1 that the home values in the surrounding area have gone up signifcantly during the rise of Maple View and the desire of people to live out in the "country" near an idyllic farm setting and here they are whining.

With that kind of neighborly attitude, Nutter should post a no-serve list in his ice cream stores for these folks.
