About the Play:<br>
The late August Wilson was one of the premiere dramatists of the American stage and The Piano Lesson is the most beautiful and richly drawn of all his plays. A Pulitzer Prize winner, it is the highlight of Wilson’s ten-play cycle (also known as the Pittsburgh Cycle) chronicling the African-American experience in the twentieth century.
