I loved the round table venue over a pitcher of beer! I appreciated the varied expertise each person brought to the discussion.

I realize the politics of this "MOVEMENT" have to factor in but please let's not forget the FLAVOR that we have rediscovered in our food!

What is truly beautiful about our times is the great awakening around food and the shift in behavior it is stimulating at every level of society. Thank you Indy and your distinguished panel for the stimulating dialogue.
