Is it asking too much to have a few more details out of reporting here?

To begin with, it certainly appears that the police had every right to stop the guy initially.

Will there be an article about the unarmed UNC student who was in obvious trouble, needed help, and used 911 to call the cops on himself, only to be shot four times and killed because he'd reported he was armed and apparently did something to make one of the cops feel threatened?

Seriously....You stated that you can't just stop someone for "looking like the person" that the police are searching for?? How else do you confirm that?
