      <![CDATA[If SDD and Commissioners Bowser and Page feel that the 751 Assemblage will not further damage Jordan Lake, then why the double standards for protections for Durham's drinking water reservoirs (Lake Michie and Little River) vs. Jordan and Falls lakes? <p>
    The maximum allowable impervious surface for the entire 5 mile protected area of DURHAM'S drinking water reservoirs (Lake Michie and Little River) is 6%.

      <![CDATA[At the PC meeting, K&L gates attorney Craigie Sanders said that the developer did not commission this survey. Technically I guess SDD did not commission the survey, but Neal Hunter did.
