      <![CDATA[There's some good points in here, but maybe something you're forgetting is quality- in particular, Page Auditorium. The reason it's hard to fill that is because the theater is a dump- the first (and last) show I saw there, I could hear a class discussion taking place on the other side of the wall, and I was hard pressed not to hit the person's head in front me with my knees.
