      <![CDATA[I did work with Brian on the Technology Board but it should be noted that he works on behalf of my opponents. Gregg Gerdau, the Chairman of the Technology Board endorsed my candidacy in 2005 saying "Will is one of the brightest people Ive ever met, ever.
