      <![CDATA[Just read your article on CAC's and it was right on - - particularly the part where the City of Raleigh "seems" to encourage its citizens to get involved and then when one does they hit a huge wall of bureacracy and inertia that leaves one feeling totally deflated. I live in a CAC downtown, am a former CAC co-chair, and now am a committee co-chair trying to get some traffic/pedestrian issues resolved.
