      <![CDATA[So there's a lot in this article that doesn't seem quite right to me.  The most glaring error to me is the statement that if we don't let the county tax all land sales then "...The only other options local governments have are to increase property taxeswhich would affect every homeowner every yearor to increase sales taxes, which would affect every resident year-round." That's a crock.
