      <![CDATA[Melanie Wilson, Director of Wake County Planning, testifies at the July 10, 2007 Wake County Board of Adjustment Meeting that current zonning requirements prohibit the use and storage of all hazardous materials are prohibited in Wake County. According to Wilson this restriction applies to all residential zonnings and has been in effect from the date the property was first zonned to present.
