      <![CDATA[Mr. Geary, Are you aware that there are 16 schools with over 50% F&R?  Only 2 of those are magnets (Millbrook and Powell), 1 is an equity magnet (Zebulon), and only one of those schools is ITB (Powell).

      <![CDATA[Responding to ct & JohnD (& thanks to MatthewB): The state constitution says the "general and uniform system" of public schools must be open ("maintained") at least 9 months a year. State law calls for a uniform term of 9 months -- not 10 or 11, in other words, but 9.
