      <![CDATA[While NCDOT political hacks were still laughing about getting the media to buy off on David King's taking the hit for the authorization of the Booze Cruise Party Ferry - DOT managed to stick it to three (3) rank and file engineers by placing letters of discipline in their personnel files (an action that is not grievable under DOT HR policy/no appeal rights). DOT upper management is more interested in and alot better at "laying pipe" than they are at "laying pavement."
