There's plenty of crunchy low carb foods, all it takes is a little imagination, a quick google, or a walk around the grocery store.
"A few days" really isn't even a good amount of time to test this out. Low carb really isn't a diet, it is a life style change. A little more time and research spent might have been a better idea.
