The 4th Amendment of the US Constitution: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized". Didn't the Nazi government often seize the papers of those that opposed them? This group "Raleigh-based Civitas Institute" now want to read the private emails, and phone records that their political opposition holds? That's un-American.
Where are 60,000 new Pittsboro residents going to work? There are not enough jobs to support that kind of growth. In a state with 9 % unemployment who will be able to afford these McMansions?
