Re: “'The VA is waiting for us to die'

Google: Kenneth Tennant ( Domestic Terrorism: USA vs Veterans and the First Amendment ) Agents "arrested" this 100% "Service-Connected" Disabled American Veterans for asking the Gov't to Honor it's promise to US veterans. Dr. Tennant's wife has since been targeted by the Feds for a Constructive Discharge. After nearly eight years of dedicated service to the Quad-City Bank & Trust Co., Bettendorf, Iowa, the Bank created a hostile environment, unhealthy and that lead to a Constructive Discharge. Authorities investigated. The Iowa Civil Rights Commission & EEOC detrmined that the Bank did violate a numer of Employment Discrimination laws, but, because the Bank has money, they were able to buy their way out. Bradley & Riley, PC, Cedar Rapids, lied or advanced lies for the Bank. The Plaintiff produced documentation that proves this. These documents, after being submitted to the US Dist Court-Southern Iowa (case 3:12-cv-00083) Judge Robt Pratt & magistrate Celest F. Bremer struck thiese documents from the record. The Federal "Court" assisted their officers of the court in Defending the Bank from the Bench ! That is not fair or impartial. The "Judges" are also clients / customers of the Bank. That is a Conflict of Interest, but, they refuse to recuse. Now (July 2, 2013) it is on appeal to the 8th Cir Ct of Appls in St. Louis, MO. Imagine Five (5) YEARS without a paycheck, waiting for the system to work. Not in the US "Judiciary." You Tube: Lawless America or The Raid on Postville.
