Re: “Law enforcement and drug users embrace needle bill

This is a great article and a huge step by North Carolina Legislature towards addressing health issues by reducing the chance of transmission of HIV and Hepatitis. Education is an important part of providing awareness to law enforcement and the community of the disease and a way to reduce the risk of exposure. Thanks to all who supported this bill and pulled together to make it happen. it is a proud day for North Carolina.
