I really hope that this article simply encourages this organization to be more informed and held accountable for sick animals so that they may improve their conditions. I agree that no organization should have more animals than they can afford to take care of. Hopefully the attention from this article will encourage people to donate to this refuge, and encourage those running the refuge to be more responsible.
