While I'm no fan of what's currently going on in state government, this article is a little unfair to Tony and Jody Tata. According to the Old Chatham Golf Club website, Jodi Tata is Director of Member Development. This means she is a staff member whose job it is to get more people to join. There is nothing to indicate that either she or her husband own any financial stake in Old Chatham, yet your headline implies otherwise. And even if they did, there's really nothing dishonorable or unethical about it. I never thought I'd be defending Tony Tata in an online forum, but taking a cheap shot at his wife is something I wouldn't expect from the usually high-quality Indy.
