I too live in the Holly Brook subdivision and the poster above, Shelley Hight, clearly and accurately has described our situation in this neighborhood. We can't use the water Aqua provides for simple daily routines that the average person takes for granted, without paying elevated costs. Last month my water bill was over $300! Just for water! Many times the water has a burning due to the chemicals added with the lines not flushed properly and guess who pays for it! We do. This substandard water that we use for washing clothes, preparing meals and given to our kids to drink would be unacceptable in your house, Tom Roberts. Why do you give it to us?

Bottom line: Aqua is a crook and it is shameful to think the Utilities Commission allows this.
