Cashews are better than bread, and bananas, and corn syrup. I love cashews, but you seem to be confused. Cashews are high in carbs---a cup has a whopping 43 grams, half a cup 21.5. And they're super high in calories. Almonds are better but still fairly high. Walnuts are probably best.. Peanuts, as you all should know, aren't actually nuts, they're beans (which is why they come in pods like that) and are also high in carbs.
