The "blood type" diets have been debunked many times over and are not science-based, but the Food for Life Supreme people are probably serving healthier food in general, which is a good thing. Food is indeed medicine. These guys are just basing their diet dogma on some non-doctors who had weird ideas that they backed up with anecdote, intuition, speculation, and bad science. Which makes you wonder what other nonsense they might be teaching in their non-accredited, volunteer-based K-12 schools.
