I'd like to offer one point which was blatantly overlooked - look at the achievement gains, test scores, and graduation rates ending for the 2011-12 school year. Then tell us if Mr. Tata was failing the economically disadvantaged students.
Then take a look at the trend for 2006-2010 under the previous superintendent.
Things that make you go Hmmmm....

Q. Why haven't the Democrats, after winning a board majority in the 2011 elections, rewritten Policy 6200 to restore a strong diversity element?
A. Because the federal government ruled that was illegal to use both race and federal lunch statistics to assignment students.
