I worked for D.R Horton for about 4 years as a sales agent. This was never made part of our contracts. We never spoke about disclosing to New homebuyers about not owning their mineral rights. Up until NOW i had no clue that there was such a thing.
THIS IS EXTREMELY WRONG/ UNLAWFUL THAT D.R HORTON DID THAT!!!
