How would you like it if there were an amendment to the state constitution that forced these particular religious beliefs on the entire state population? I'd guess you probably would just accept it since a majority of the state's population voted for it, right? Or would you have any objection (religious or otherwise), to one set of theocratic beliefs being imposed upon the population at large?
