Re: “In public school, blacks, Hispanics suspended at higher rates than whites”
Tiara, what was the purpose of the article? Without data on the incidence of suspension-worthy behavior per ethnic group, it was all pointless. The tone of the article implies that black students are frequently unfairly suspended. It could also mean that the proportions reflect the misbehavior rate. Which is it? Please refrain from writing such incomplete articles.
