Things are the same in my child's school as they were when I was in school. The majority of the boisterous children who cannot sit still or remain attentive & quiet are black. In my highschool, which was about 50/50 wht/blk, the vast majority of fights were black on black. I'm not saying all blacks are this way or that there are no whites that behave like this, but anyone watching these children will see that what Hodges is reporting here is not a factor of racism; these numbers are a sign of cultural differences.

HOWEVER! If Tiara really is concerned about these numbers and not just race-baiting maybe she'll follow up with an article that adds in economic factors: they may play a more important role here than race.
