This can't be correct...can it? 8% unemployment rate for NC, and 15% unemployment rate for African Americans in Durham County alone. The Commissioners voted for a raise for themselves...then gave other Department Heads that they appoint a raise!!! ALL THIS...while employees have had no raise since 2008!!! OMG!!!! I demand that this 'Board' be removed!!!!!!
