I am saddened to hear about the blatant sexual and other harassment happening at our North Carolina universities; particularly, what happened to Ms. Flores and I would strongly encourage her to seek the advice of an attorney.

I am from Miami and have met people who were neurosurgeons in their own countries, only to come to America as janitors.

But this disgusting behavior is reprehensible. I truly thought better of our Universities and Duke in particular. (My spouse works there.)

I would very much like to see what remarks these institutions would make in response.

Oh, this is so weird. I didn't see this article; I read yesterday's one first. (10/20/11)

But, wow; now I see somebody has a non-legitimate axe to grind with TLC. Boo, Indyweek and writer.

It isn't just the quantity of trees in a given area. It is the specific ecology AND health of that ecosystem that must be analyzed. Who did the research for this article??
