Also, have you checked out BIKESCREAM in Carrboro? Run by two young & creative ice cream & bike enthusiasts, they make all homemade flavors (TRY THE ICE CREAM SANDWICHES nomnomnom) and roll around selling from a cart on bicycle. OOPS i see now it's on the sidebar, of course it's in there! duh. sorry for not reading carefully, hard to see that sidebar with my face all full of ice cream ...
