I enjoyed the article. Definitely should try Trader Joe's vegan choices. My son has anaphylaxis to dairy and nuts so I try to get choices (sometimes) that all of us can enjoy together. I am pretty picky about ice cream and LOVE it... Don't like artificial tastes and I'm not a fan of soy milk, in general. The Cherry Choc Chip soy cream is pretty amazing (if you like cherries and dark chocolate) and the strawberry coconut "ice cream" is also yum...
