yay! I am glad I came across this article while it's still hot in Durham. I grew up in Mexico City and we have a lot of paleta places called "La Michoacana". The best paletas are definitely from Michoacan. I'm excited to go visit La Monarca and get a taste of home.

This is the best Italian I've had in Durham. I have come here many times, and never go home disappointed. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great too. Great outdoor seating area.
