That nonprofit TROSA sounds like it offers a fantastic service. I'd be very interested in seeing if we couldn't set one up here in Utah where I live but I have a couple questions. I'm new to the whole NPO scene so I'm wondering where you get the funding to pay for the overhead costs as well as the food, clothing, etc. I'm betting it doesn't come from nc medicare, so is it just donations? I'd be interested to find out more.

I love these lists. They give me great new places to check out every year. Quick question though, here you list REI, Great Outdoor Provision Co. and Townsend Bertram & Co. as best outdoor outfitters. I'm looking to get my hands on a Dakota 20 GPS and I'm wondering where would be the best place to check. Are these the best/only places to check?
