Superb BBQ...babyback meat falling off the bone...sorry, my mind got distracted. It is an off-the-hook blues extravaganza---a myriad of talent, both professional and amateur. Will McFarland once described it to me as the best show he didn't pay for. And, it happens every week. Just don't get there early. The ribs are for me. The supply is limited to the smoker capacity.
