duh it failed. If I were rich, West Franklin street would be the last place I would want to live. They should have built apartments for chapel hillians to live in, i.e. undergrad and grad students, yuppies, professors and lower income people. Not rich people. There aren't enough of them who want to live on Franklin street to fill up a huge place like that. Bank of America, Town of Chapel Hill and the developers all had dollar signs in their eyes, blinding them for seeing what chapel hill is and who would want to live on franklin street.
NO FRACKING WAY <- that needs to be a bumper sticker! Indy? Are you on this?
Oh come on Chapel Hill, get over yourself. This is a no brainer. Allow the food trucks. They allow for more options and faster options. I frequent the food truck parked in front of coker hall and I can get a burrito, eat it and be back to work in 20 minutes. It really saves time.
