excellent opportunity to fire everyone who thought selling Hoffman Forest was a good idea.
This is a very superficial discussion. Take a ride on a local shrimp trawler and see how much by catch is killed. Channel netted shrimp are the most ecological harvested shrimp there are in NC. However there is not much of a supply. Trawling inshore for shrimp is not even allowed that backwater state SC. They are ecologically harvested there with cast nets.
Chile does a fairly good job of raising shrimp in a sustainable fashion. NC brown shrimp are the best tasting shrimp in the world according to most experts. It will be hard to find any that taste as good as ours.
no jail time, just buy their way out of it....
"when the Puritans fled to Massachusetts"
'fled' or 'were run off for being pompass assholes'?
It depends on who tells the story....
a little cumin is very good in pimento cheese...
remember any fool can fence in a chicken. The real purpose of the fence is to keep predators OUT. Build it that way, please....
how nice. The gov't bails out BB&T by accepting the site, and allowing them to sell it. Sweet.
Next, the gov't spends $500,000 on an accepted site to see how bad it is. Sweet.
Next the gov't gives $150,000 to someone who knowingly bought a building that was an environmental disaster.
ALL SWEET, if you are not a taxpayer. Otherwise, not so good. This thing could have been cleaned up at a fraction of the costs. Follow the money..
