I like beers that have a lot of flavorbut not too hoppy.
Hoppyum-Foothills Brewery, this IPA is dry hopped so it has a great taste and the fragrance lasts almost the whole beer, replaces my previous go to beer-Hop Devil.
Lost My Way Ipa-Bombshell Brewery, great taste at about 6.3% ABV, they took it off the menu; don't know why they did, but I'm making something similar so it may not be such a great loss. They also brew a great pale ale, Lemongrass Pale Ale. good tasting but keeps me up at night, go figure.
Aviator Hot Rod Red- a red ale
I haven't found a local brewery that makes a great stout so until I brew one, my 2 go to beers will always be Brooklyn Black Chocolate and Victory Storm King.
Hmmm, could rift be another word for fault? If so, it would seem like Shearon Harris is very close to this "rift"
